Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, with the original box and any packaging.
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged after delivery.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
